The people you would be working with

We are scientists, technologists and operators backed by top-tier investors, industry leaders in AI and high-performance compute, and global experts in precision medicine.

Meet the team

Nine people across London and Boston: microbiologists who run the assays, computational scientists who build the models, engineers who move the data, and the operators who keep both cities pointing the same way.

It is a small enough team that what you do is visible, and a serious enough problem that it is worth doing well.

Diverse perspectives, deliberately

"Evidence over eminence" only works if the room is not all the same. We actively seek diverse perspectives, celebrate a strong argument from any level, and are humble enough to admit we're wrong.

In practice that means equity for every full-time employee, 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision from day one in both countries, real mental health support, and flexible working across London and Boston so the job fits around a life.

Nine people, and hiring

The next person we hire changes what this team can do. If that sounds like the kind of job you want, have a look at what is open.
